• Users are not required to create an account to purchase mockups. However, account holders will have the advantage of accessing their download history and re-downloading any previously purchased mockups.
• There are no age restrictions for creating an account, but users are restricted from creating multiple accounts for the same person or company. Multiple accounts may result in the termination of all accounts associated with the individual or entity.
3. Payment & Billing
• All payments on our platform are processed securely through Stripe and Squarespace Pay.
• All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any digital products or services, unless otherwise specified by law.
• Users who sign up for memberships or subscriptions will have access to a cancellation and subscription management section in their account dashboard, allowing them to manage their subscriptions at any time.
4. Product Use & Licensing
• Mockups and images on our website are subject to specific license terms, which users must agree to before purchasing or using any digital products.
• Each license will have its own terms and conditions that outline the rights and restrictions for using the mockups or shots/images. Users are required to comply with these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
• All intellectual property rights for mockups are owned by Format Mockups Ltd.
• Shots/images contributed by collaborators remain the intellectual property of the respective contributors. However, once a product is sold, the intellectual property rights depend on the purchased license.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that our website or services will be free from errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Format Mockups Ltd will not be held liable for any damages arising from:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
